Hong Kong: North Point

Back to my travel posts.. ^.^ When we go to Hong Kong, we also go to North Point which is in the Hong Kong side and is not that of a tourist spot but we love going there all the time because people there are mostly not locals and are FuJian people.. We go there because there is less language barrier and things are somehow a bit cheaper and we go to a certain restaurant for their lobster noodles in Cheese sauce!! ^.^

The restaurant we love :) Just beside the MTR exit B2 :)
This is the resto on the second floor.. :)
Sad to say, I wasn't able to take pictures of the food we ate because I forgot that time and was a bit lazy to do so :)) The cool thing was there was this food server who still knew who we were after 2 years and she even knew where we sat and what we ordered!! Ain't that cool??

This is she.. 2 years ago shot.. ^.^

This is the one I'm talking about - taken from our previous trip..

After filling up ourselves, we headed to the streets of North Point to walk around and shop :) I got me some leggings for HKD 20 which is just around PhP 120.. ^.^ Even in broad daylight, vendors line up in this street and sells basic things llike clothing, bags and oter stuff. The things they sell are more locale and not souvenirs.

still crazy for egg tarts! :)

If I'm not mistaken, this is po tsai go..

One of the Best Char Siu we had in HK.. ^.^ (binabalik-balikan)
hello there!! ^.^
After going to North Point, we went to Victoria's Peak which is a different story :) For now, here is the route we made at North Point before hopping on a tram to the peak... (care of Google Map)
