Hong Kong : Maxim's Palace

Since we stayed at The Regal Riverside Hotel in ShaTin, we had free shuttle service going to The New Town Mall and ShaTin MTR Station, we had our great dimsum experience at The Maxims Palace located at the 8th floor of the New Town Mall (they have an elevator that caters only to Maxim's guests).

Just another info, the room tariff at our hotel are somehow cheaper than the ones in Tsim sha Tsui and The New Town Mall almost has every store you can ask for and more! It is actually a very huge mall with other malls and plazas connected to it! Therefore, staying at the hotel is not that of a bad idea! ^.^

So here is another photo roll of all the dimsums we ate!! ^.^

our waiting stub
Most of the restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau has a very effective waiting system for all their clients. At Maxim's, they asked us how many we are and categorized us to the small group. Don't worry if your number is quite far, service is quick and prompt! ^^,

and desserts...

my favorite dessert! :)

So just imagine how full we are that day!! SO FULL but SO GOOD~~~!!! hahaha

Last thing to remember is that dimsum rates are more expensive during weekends.. So it is better to dine  during weekdays... :) AND they have the BEST char siu I ever had in my life!! Now I'm hungry! hahaha...
