Stir-Fried Long Beans

So I cooked another dish yesterday that I would love to share with you since it is quite easy and time-consuming at the same time. It took me 25 minutes to cook it but it was worth it because it tasted great! :D It's great with rice also! :)

So the ingredients I used were:
250 g. long beans
2 cloves minced garlic
2 sliced shallots
ground pork (amount depends on you)
1 tsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp salt
dash of sugar
oil for frying

Procedure
- After taking of the ends and washing the beans, pat them dry with a towel or kitchen tissue. While doing this, heat oil in your frying pan (don't put too much oil in the pan, just enough to cover it).
- When the oil is already hot, fry the beans until they become wrinkled, just like the one in the picture.
- Take them out of the oil and use the same oil for stir-frying.
- Using the same oil, saute the shallots, garlic and ground pork.
- When everything is cooked, put in the long beans and season with the salt, sugar, and soy sauce. Stir it few times then serve it while hot with a steaming bowl of rice! :D

You can also try putting chili, scallop, chili paste and other things you want. The key is to just fry the long beans and everything will be great! ^^,

We also watched the Fast Five movie yesterday and I must say that it was a great movie and a must-watch! ^.^
