student permit (part2)

Last Thursday, Abi told me that she wanted to get a non-pro license (or was it Wednesday)and asked me if I can go with her and I told her that I can. But things did not happen as planned. We ended up going to BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) because if you are applying for a non-pro license, the LTO requires you to have a TIN. So when we got there we asked for the form needed to be filled up and ask for the other requirements needed. In order to have a TIN that is applicable to attaining a license (cause I just learned that you can have a TIN for many types of reason), you must have the following requirements!

-Barangay Clearance
-Original and maybe a photocopy of your Birth Certificate
-The forms from LTO that you have filled out (ALL OF IT!)
-Filled-out form that you will get from the BIR office

Therefore i suggest everyone or anyone out there who wants to apply for a non-professional license to first go to LTO then BIR then lastly LTO again! I think that is how it works.. i will keep you posted about this when Abi updates me with her status. By the way BIR has changed its location and is now near Starbucks Intramuros and Mocha Blends (well, they are technically beside each other, Starbucks and Mocha Blends) haha uhmm.. it is at the back of BPI and the building is the same as the colors of the building of FEU haha...(starting to love my soon-to-be alma mater) haha.. Well, that is all FOR NOW!
