a sad sad day

As I woke up this morning, I started wondering why it was raining today when I know that it should not be somehow raining.... Without thinking about it, I just went on with going to school and doing the normal things I was supposed to do... Around 9am, I checked my phone for any messages and I did got one from Mr. Ube News and what I read was a news I never suspected to happen so soon.. Former President Maria Corazon "Cory" Cojuangco Aquino passed away this morning (3:18am) at Makati Medical Center from cardiopulmonary arrest after complications of colon cancer.. The last news I know about her condition was that she was okay and was stable.. :(

Today is the first day of August and I must say that it is not the best way to start it.. :( I wonder how long the media will cover this sad event... I mean, there is always that expiration date, right? For example, Ted Failon accusingly killing her wife, A(H1N1), The SONA, Hello Garci, etc... There is always that point where it just stops.. hay.. Nakakalungkot kasi parang after nun next year na natin ulit maaalala ang pangyayaring ito... :(

To the Aquino family, I know that you will never get the chance to read this but my condolences to you.. :( and to Ms. Corazon Aquino, thanks for the democracy you have silently fought for us.. May you be happy right now in the arms of God.
